1. Introduction and Acceptance

8tbaji.cam (referred to hereinafter as "8tbaji", "platform", "we" or "us") provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "user") and 8tbaji.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use 8tbaji:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per registration (one person, one mobile number, one bank account, one IP address).
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

8tbaji operates four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

6. Betting Rules

The 8tbaji platform offers various entertainment services including cricket betting, football, kabaddi, slot games, live casino, and fishing games.

6.1 Betting Limits

• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event and are displayed in the game interface.
• 8tbaji reserves the right to change betting limits under specific circumstances.

6.2 Bet Validity

• A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled, though 8tbaji may void a bet in the event of a technical error.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds in the live betting section change rapidly. Your bet is not confirmed until the "Bet Accepted" message is displayed. 8tbaji will not be held responsible for disconnections or technical issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8tbaji platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Placing calculated bets for the purpose of improperly exploiting bonus benefits (Bonus Abuse).
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8tbaji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• To fulfil applicable legal obligations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. You may withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.
